Francie White infuses philosophies of consciousness, creativity, mythology, archetypal psychology into her four decade history treating all types of eating, exercise and body image problems. She has written and taught extensively on the 5 types of overeating and her naming and treatment of exercise resistance syndrome. Although she is retired from her masters level dietitian nutritionist practice, where she owned day treatment centers, she recently completed her PhD in philosophy. Her newest work brings recent discoveries in neuroscience, consciousness and cosmology in search of a new paradigm of meaning, awe and wonder into daily life. She uses the new science discoveries about consciousness to expand theories on eating disorder recovery to include a wider lens through which to view the psyche.
